Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 29, 2026

By accessing this website and utilizing our investigative services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

1. Scope of Services

We provide Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), background verification, digital footprint analysis, and related investigative services. All investigations are conducted legally, ethically, and rely exclusively on publicly available information, commercial databases, and open-source methodologies. We do not engage in hacking, illegal surveillance, or any activities that violate the law.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when requesting an investigation. You confirm that you have a legitimate and legal reason for requesting the investigation and that the information provided will not be used for harassment, stalking, illegal discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.

3. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide the most accurate and comprehensive information possible, OSINT relies on third-party data sources. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided in our reports. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or the information provided.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client identities, inquiries, and investigation results. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms are agreed upon prior to the commencement of any investigation. Due to the nature of investigative work, which involves billable hours and resource utilization regardless of the outcome, refunds are generally not provided once an investigation has begun, unless we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work.

6. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We will immediately terminate any investigation if we suspect the client intends to use the information for illegal or unethical purposes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
